The Long View
26 years of Austin. One agent.
Crystal arrived in Austin in 1993, worked her way through college as an apartment locator and property manager, and earned her Texas real estate license in 2000. She started with Keller Williams Realty in Southwest Austin and has been there ever since.
Twenty-six years in. 1,000+ homes sold. $250M+ in career volume. 50+ families served, year after year. CRS-certified — a designation held by fewer than 4% of Realtors nationwide, and one Crystal serves as Board Programs Chair for. Listings in Belterra, Bear Creek, South Austin, Hyde Park, and Barton Creek. Buyers placed in Kyle, Buda, Cedar Park, Comfort, and Lakeway. A price range that runs from a starter home in San Marcos to a multimillion-dollar Barton Creek estate — both closed in the same recent stretch.
Crystal is a member of Austin Luxury Network and Broker Underground, two invitation-only networks that surface select pre-MLS opportunities to active agents before they reach the open market. For buyers in Austin's tightest price points and for sellers who want their listing handled discreetly, that access matters.
Her team keeps the work clean. Amy Goldberg runs transaction coordination — the contracts, deadlines, vendor coordination, and document trail behind every closing. Kelly Gosey represents buyers and sellers alongside Crystal and brings a background in home design and remodeling that pays off when clients are weighing renovations or evaluating a fixer.
Outside the work, Crystal is an active runner around Lady Bird Lake, a longtime supporter of Austin Angels, Austin Pets Alive, and the Junior League of Austin, and shares her home with her family and rescue dogs.

Community & Civic
Inside the Dripping Springs Elite — peer-curated, hyperlocal, civic-first.
An invite-only group of top Hays County brokers and agents. Crystal is a member.
Dripping Springs Elite (DSE) is an invitation-only group of leading Hill Country brokers and agents. Membership is peer-curated and limited to producers active in and around Hays County. The group publicly cites 450 years of combined experience and over $1B in combined sales.
Members run a monthly property tour that walks members' listings before they hit the broader market — a quiet inventory channel for buyers working with a DSE agent. In DSE's own words: "Dripping Springs Elite collaborate regularly with monthly meetings, educational training and the area's premier monthly property tour which showcases members' listings."
Crystal sits on the DSE charity committee. The committee supports Helping Hands, a Dripping Springs-area food bank, and PAWS of Hays County, a local animal shelter. Both are funded through DSE-organized drives and member contributions.

The Team
Three people. One job: get it closed correctly.
Amy Goldberg
Client Care Specialist · Transaction CoordinatorAmy runs transaction coordination for the Crystal Kilpatrick Group — paperwork, deadlines, vendor coordination, and the document trail behind every closing. She joined real estate in 2014 after learning the contract end of the business at high volume. Austin native; outside work, she's cycling, running, or with her husband Evan and their two boys.
Kelly Gosey
RealtorKelly represents buyers and sellers alongside Crystal. She moved to Austin from Corpus Christi in 2001, taught at a Catholic school on Congress, and spent ten years working in her family's home remodeling and design boutique before moving into real estate. That background pays off when clients are evaluating a fixer, planning a renovation, or pricing finish-out.
